Values
Relationship: We believe that relationships, based on love, are the most powerful and transformative force in the world. Our aim is to build as many meaningful relationships as possible both with the families we work with, and other groups and organizations that support refugees.
Integration: We believe that integration is rooted in building bridges between cultures and holding space for one another. The melding of different cultures and skills within our community and churches is one of the key elements in our work.
Collaboration: We believe that meaningful change is best achieved when we collaborate. We actively seek partnerships with individuals, organizations and communities to pool our collective resources, knowledge, and expertise. Through collaboration, we can leverage diverse perspectives and create a greater impact than we could alone.
Growth: We believe that personal and spiritual growth is a lifelong journey and is an integral part of an individual’s well-being. As refugees personally cultivate a sense of purpose, self awareness, inner strength, and overall growth, there is a greater contribution to the broader community.
